Rachel Deboer - Face and Bodypaint artist, makeup artist, performance artist

Rachel Deboer has been painting and doing makeup for over 22 years. With a stint on Game Show Network's Skin Wars, Season 2 she has expanded her lifelong career of decorating and transforming people to include international body painting festivals as well as global clients. Her favorite form of bodypainting is blacklight. Hailing from Maui she has embraced the Bay Area to decorate an even wider audience.
